BEC Capture provides screenshot capture, annotation, step-guide creation and report sharing tools. We may update, change or discontinue features at any time.
You may not use BEC Capture to:
You own the screenshots and content you create. By uploading to our service, you grant us a limited licence to store and serve your content for the purpose of providing the sharing service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture and share the pages you screenshot.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Reports may become unavailable if they expire, are deleted, or if we experience technical issues. We recommend downloading important reports as HTML files.
Basic use is free. We may introduce paid plans in the future. Free accounts will always be able to use core capture and sharing features.
You can delete your account at any time from your portal settings. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
BEC Capture is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to £100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
We may update these terms. We will notify registered users by email for material changes. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
